Joe Barry - Division President, Fiserv / Business Line President, USERS

Joe Barry brings 30 years experience in the financial services industry to his dual role of President of the Fiserv Credit Union Division and Business Line President of USERS. In his role as Division President, Joe also oversees three other Fiserv business lines: AFTECH, GalaxyPlus and Summit. Prior to taking on his Fiserv role in 2004, Joe spent the majority of his career at USERS and held various positions which included responsibility for service, system conversion, training, and sales and marketing. His long association with the credit union industry provides him valuable insight into credit union technology trends.

Eric Panepinto - Senior Vice President /Chief Operating Officer

Eric Panepinto brings 25 years experience in financial services technology to his role at USERS. He most recently served as Executive VP and COO of Epitome Systems, a leading provider of system integration, business process management, and related solutions. He also served as President and COO of Sanchez Data Systems, which provides financial institutions with fully outsourced Data Center and back-office banking operations. Eric’s career includes over 18 years with Citigroup, Citicorp Investment Services, and Citibank US & Europe Global Consumer Bank, in technology, sales & marketing support, and senior management.

Tracy Baker - Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

Tracy Baker brings a breadth of financial experience to his role as USERS’ Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, procurement, distribution and facilities initiatives. Before joining USERS eight years ago, he served as VP of Finance and Administration for Royal China & Porcelain, and also held financial management positions with American Premier and Commodore International. Tracy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dan Jorna - Vice President, Data Center Services

Dan Jorna applies over 18 years of systems experience to his role as Vice President of Data Center Services, responsible for USERS’ large and steadily growing On-Line/ASP business. Under Dan’s direction, the DataSafe® On-Line Operations group has consistently delivered an expanding array of highly reliable, highly available On-Line and ASP solutions to credit unions. Previously General Manager of DataSafe® Operations, he also held positions in networking and communications with USERS. In addition, Dan’s background includes positions in networking, operations and telecommunications with National Liberty Corp. and Sears Roebuck.

Jay Kamp - Chief Technology Officer

Jay Kamp brings 20 years of experience in information technology to his current role, including management-level positions with credit union system providers Open Solutions, Inc. and CGI. He most recently served as General Manager of Credit Union Technologies at Open Solutions, leading the business unit’s development, Data Center, support, and professional services organizations. Jay is well-versed in the full range of financial services technologies, including lending, home banking, CRM and data warehousing solutions.

Doug Lachman - Vice President, Software Services, Quality and Delivery Management

Doug Lachman draws on a 19-year career that includes extensive experience in both the financial services and technology industries. Doug brings to his role in-depth expertise in the areas of technical support services, program management, and project management, as well as a strong understanding of the processes and procedures required to produce high-quality software. While serving as Director of Professional Services for Epitome Systems, Doug managed a team of Quality Assurance Engineers, Business Analysts and Project Managers providing imaging, document management and business process management solutions. He previously served as a department manager in the Architecture and Implementation Management Division for MBNA Technology, where he reorganized and optimized the software testing function.

Dianne Rothenberger - SVP/HR Resources Officer

Dianne Rothenberger has worked in the human resources field for 25 years and has been with USERS for nearly 16 years, most recently as Vice President of HR. In 2007, she took on the role of Chief HR Officer for the Fiserv Credit Union Division, coordinating and leveraging the HR efforts of Fiserv’s seven credit union business lines. Dianne focuses her efforts on empowering the USERS staff to provide the best possible service to the company’s credit union clients. She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and regularly shares her experience and knowledge with groups and associations by speaking on topics such as progressive discipline, sexual harassment, and skills assessment.

Carlene Szostak - Vice President, Marketing and Client Experience

Carlene Szostak draws on a strong combination of expertise in financial services, marketing, operations and client relationship management in her current role. Before joining USERS, she spent 23 years with H&R Block, Inc., leading teams of professionals in defining and exceeding client service expectations. As Assistant Vice President / Managing Director of H&R Block Eastern Tax Services, she led the business unit in the Philadelphia/D.C. corridor to consistently achieve aggressive goals for client acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth. Prior to her tenure with H&R Block, Carlene held marketing and public relations positions with Leo Burnett Advertising, Scott Paper, and Robert Landau Associates, a global marketing services and promotions agency.
